We just wrapped up a 14-day intensive installation at a new poultry plant in Dong Nai, Vietnam. This project features a fully synchronized 3,000 birds per hour (BPH) slaughtering system.
Unlike standard off-the-shelf equipment, this line was specifically engineered to handle the local broiler breeds in Vietnam, which often vary in size compared to temperate breeds. The focus of this commissioning was not just “getting it running,” but fine-tuning the stunning-to-scalding transition to ensure zero bruising—a critical requirement for the client’s premium export contracts.
One of the main challenges we addressed during the site visit was the water quality and humidity levels in the facility.
For those looking at industrial butchery equipment for sale, here is the breakdown of what a reliable 3,000 BPH line looks like in 2026:
The client in Vietnam specifically sought a supplier who could bridge the gap between “cheap manual tools” and “overpriced European systems.” By shipping directly from Qingdao, we provided a European-standard layout at a much more competitive ROI. Our ability to provide a complete industrial slaughtering line—including the evisceration and pre-cooling sections—means the client only had one point of contact for the entire engineering flow.
