Algerian Poultry Processors Visit Our Facility to Finalize Industrial Slaughtering Line Specifications

This week, we had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation of poultry processors from Algeria to our meeting room in Qingdao. The purpose of this face-to-face visit was to review the technical drawings and finalize the specifications for a customized industrial chicken dressing line.

Instead of relying solely on 3D renders, we spent the afternoon analyzing operational videos of our evisceration systems (Eviscerate) and inspecting the physical stainless steel shackles (shackles) that will be used on their overhead conveyor line. For large-scale B2B investments, these tactile, in-person engineering reviews are what guarantee a seamless installation later on.

During our technical discussion, the Algerian team emphasized several critical local requirements that we integrated into the project layout:

  1. Halal Compliant Bleeding Phase: Since the entire line must adhere strictly to Halal slaughtering standards, we customized the length of the bleeding trough and the conveyor line speed. This ensures the precise time window required for proper and humane bleeding before the birds enter the scalding tank.
  2. Anti-Corrosive Materials for High-Load Shifts: The clients closely inspected our overhead T-rail shackles (visible on the meeting table). We confirmed the use of Grade 304 Stainless Steel for all contact parts to withstand the rigorous daily cleaning and chemical sanitization required by Algerian food safety authorities.
  3. Water-Saving Technology: Water costs and efficiency are major factors for processors in North Africa. We demonstrated how our latest water-bath stunner and air-agitated scalder minimize water waste while maintaining a $99\%$ plucking efficiency.

As a specialized supplier of butchery equipment for sale, we don’t just manufacture machinery; we handle the complex logistics. For this upcoming Algerian project, the equipment will be securely packed into containers at Qingdao Port.

Our export team has already begun preparing the necessary documentation, including certificate of conformity and detailed HS Codes (typically 8438.50 for poultry machinery), to ensure smooth customs clearance at the destination port in Algeria.

While digital communication tools are convenient, bringing international clients to our factory allows them to see the scale of our production. Seeing the precise engineering behind our chicken dressing machine line in person gave the Algerian delegation the confidence to move forward with a full-scale industrial setup rather than smaller, semi-automated alternatives.
