ULTRA-FAST CORE TEMPERATURE DROPS: Flake ice provides the maximum possible surface contact area of any ice type. It melts rapidly in pre-cooling tanks, absorbing thermal energy instantly to drop chicken carcass core temperatures below 4°C, drastically reducing bacterial growth.
ZERO PRODUCT DAMAGING: The thin, loose flakes are free of sharp edges or large chunks. They will not bruise the meat, pierce the skin, or damage the appearance of whole premium broilers during the screw chilling process.
