On-site Update: Commissioning of a 3,000 BPH Broiler Processing Line in Vietnam Completed

We recently completed a 14-day intensive installation at a new poultry plant in Dong Nai, Vietnam. This project features a fully synchronized 3,000 birds per hour (BPH) slaughtering system.

Engineering for Local Requirements Unlike off-the-shelf equipment, we engineered this line for local Vietnamese broiler breeds. Our commissioning team focused on fine-tuning the stunning-to-scalding transition. This process ensures zero bruising, which is a critical requirement for our client’s premium export contracts.

Overcoming Tropical Operational Challenges High humidity and water quality often impact facility electronics. We addressed these challenges with specialized solutions:

  • IP66-Rated Control System: We integrated a reinforced, centralized control system. It protects the electronics from high-pressure washdowns and tropical humidity.
  • Precision Scalder Calibration: We spent two days calibrating the air-agitation system in the scalding tank. We achieved a consistent 0.2°C tolerance across the 6-meter tank, preventing breast skin damage.

2026 Industrial Line Specifications Our 3,000 BPH line sets a new standard for reliability and performance:

  • Overhead Conveyor: Features a heavy-duty stainless steel T-rail with a variable frequency drive (VFD).
  • Automatic Stunner: Utilizes a high-frequency water bath to improve overall meat quality.
  • Dual-Phase Plucking: Combines vertical and horizontal pluckers to ensure 100% cleanliness, specifically targeting wings and neck areas.
  • Screw Chilling System: A dual-stage 9-meter system that lowers core temperatures to 4°C rapidly.

Bridging the Gap in Industrial Engineering The client sought a supplier to bridge the gap between low-end manual tools and overpriced European systems. By shipping directly from our Qingdao facility, we delivered a European-standard layout with a competitive ROI. We provided the entire industrial slaughtering line, including evisceration and pre-cooling sections. This approach gave the client a single point of contact for the entire engineering flow.
