Core Equipment Included in This Shipment

The 3,000 BPH capacity requires a seamlessly synchronized overhead conveyor chain. Key system components packed into this shipment include:

  1. Defeathering & Scalding Module
    • Deep-water scald tank: Equipped with high-pressure air agitation pumps to ensure heat penetrates under thick feather layers consistently.
    • Counter-rotating plucker: Multi-disc configuration utilizing wear-resistant food-grade rubber fingers for complete feather removal without tearing delicate skin.
  2. Automated Evisceration Line
    • Overhead T-rail conveyor with stainless steel shackles.
    • Manual-assisted vent cutters, breast opening equipment, and automatic intestine/viscera drawing stations.
  3. Pre-Chilling System
    • Screw pre-chiller: Large-diameter stainless steel auger with integrated air blowing system, reducing core carcass temperature below 4°C within 45 minutes to meet export and retail hygiene standards.
  4. Water & Waste Management
    • High-pressure carcass washers, internal/external bird sprayers, and specialized stainless steel offal/feather separation channels.

Why Angolan Poultry Producers Choose Our Systems

Built for Tropical and High-Humidity Climates

Angola’s coastal and inland processing sites often deal with high humidity and voltage fluctuations. All electrical cabinets provided for this project carry IP65 water protection, integrated with Schneider/Siemens electrical components to withstand frequent washdowns and unstable supply grids.

Pre-Assembled Modular Design

To lower installation labor costs in Angola, all processing stations—from the stunner box to the chilling augers—are pre-assembled and water-tested in our factory prior to packing. Frame modules fit into standard 40ft High Cube (40HC) containers for direct field connection.

Shipment & Loading Photos

Every component was anchored using heavy-duty steel wire, customized wooden framing, and protective moisture barrier films before loading into three 40HC containers at our factory yard.

Installation & On-Site Support in Angola

Upon arrival at Luanda Port and inland transit to the client’s plant, our field engineering team will assist with:

  • Foundation alignment and overhead chain leveling.
  • Water inlet, drainage, and power connection setup.
  • Water-load trial runs and processing speed calibration.
  • On-site training for local operators covering machine maintenance and sanitation SOPs.
